ABSTRACT
Numerical analysis of the carrying frame subassemblies strength installed in the friction lift is presented in this article. Two models of the frame loading are introduced. One of them is applied during loading and the other one during regular operation with nominal load capacity. Finiate Element Method is used for calculations. It allows mapping the actual operating conditions by using commercial SolidWorks software. Modifications in the frame key subassemblies from geometrical point of view are proposed. Due to them the frame weight is reduced by 20% and a safety coefficient maintained at the level of 3.
