Article Processing Charge

 
At the beginning of 2026, the publishing of article is payable in the amount of 450 EUR or equivalent in USD.

All articles published in our journal are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services.

The APC, payable when your manuscript is accepted by the editors and goes to “Articles in press”, is charged to either you, or your funder, institution or employer. The invoice can send by email upon request.
Transfer payments via Western Union, MoneyGram or PayPal are not possible.
Our journal does not operate a free or reduced-fee publication policy. Authors may withdraw their article and submit it to another journal at any stage of the review process.

The article fee is executed by:
  • Online payment
  • Bank transfer

1. Online payment allows to make a quick money transfer by credit/debit card only.
Note: Online service is not suitable for standard bank transfer, even you see a lot of banks for choose, but they are at most for domestic users. If you prefer the bank transfer – go to step 2.
How to make online payment?
  • Click on the button „Payment”
  • Go to „Pay now”, then click „dotpay” and confirm the order by clicking „Proceed with payment” – you will be redirected to the webpage Przelewy24.pl
  • Choose from which card you want to make a payment
  • You will be redirected to log in using your details
  • After logging in you will see the transfer ready for duty
  • After completion of operation, the system sends the transaction status
  • Click "Back to shop" - you will be redirected to the Editorial System

2. Bank transfer uses for payment from your bank, if your credit/debit card not work or expired.

Payment Conditions
1. The subject of the sale is the electronic publication of a scientific article in the Advances in Science and Technology Research Journal, implemented by WNGB Scientific Publishing House Sp. z o.o., ul. Lazurowa 26/1, 20-781 Lublin, NIP: 712-348-26-84.
2. The fee covers: proofreading, editorial work, DTP, operation of the Editorial System electronic publishing platform and the Editorial Journal website, server hosting, digitization, and indexing of articles in databases. The fee can be paid independently or through the employer.
3. The fee is paid before the article is published in the journal and after it has been approved by the reviewers and editors. After payment, the article is posted on the journal's website within a few days to two weeks.
4. If the article is not published after payment, the fee will be refunded to the payer's account, less any costs incurred in processing the article (e.g., for proofreading).
5. Withdrawal may also occur after the article has been published in the journal – in such a case, a correction will be posted on the journal's website, along with information about the reason for its removal.
6. The person submitting the article has the right to file a complaint if they believe the publication service was performed improperly or contrary to their intentions. Complaints are submitted in writing and reviewed within 14 days.
7. The service is provided electronically, and the agreement is concluded upon submission of the article for publication, and the agreement is terminated upon posting the article on the journal's website.
8. Personal data is confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than those necessary to complete the online transaction. Transaction data is sent directly to the credit card authorization center via an encrypted connection.
9. Settlements of card transactions and e-transfers are carried out via the Przelewy24 settlement center – PayPro S.A., ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań.

Payment Terms
1. Credit card and e-transfer transactions are settled through the Przelewy24 settlement center – PayPro S.A., ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań.
2. The costs associated with processing online payments are fully covered by the magazine's publisher.
3. All prices are quoted in EUR or USD.
4. After payment is processed, information is automatically sent to the email address provided in the submission. This information includes a unique transaction number, making it easier to find in case of questions or concerns.
5. If an article is not published by the deadline despite payment, the Editorial Office will consider complaints by agreeing on a different publication date or refunding the fee.
6. Your personal data is confidential and will not be used for purposes other than those necessary to complete the online transaction. 7. Transaction security – transaction data is sent via an encrypted connection directly to the credit card authorization center. Therefore, unauthorized persons cannot "see" it. Neither Przelewy24 nor the online service provider for which the payment is being made have access to it. The payment card authorization center only issues confirmation that the declared payment can be made. The online service provider receives this information via Przelewy24.
8. Transactions can be made on Przelewy24 using the following payment cards:

• JCB
9. The transaction service involves full integration of the online purchase with the bank account. All transfer details are filled in automatically during the checkout process. This means the buyer does not need to manually enter the amount, order number, account number, or other data required for the payment to be processed correctly.
