This article presents a comprehensive assessment of the innovation level of a company specializing in the production of power boilers fired with pulverized coal, hard coal, liquid fuels, gas, and biomass. The assessment was conducted using a proprietary innovation diagnostic methodology, enabling a multidimensional analysis of the company's innovation and eco-innovation potential. The proposed approach integrates life cycle analysis (LCA) and technology readiness level (TRL) analysis, thereby overcoming the limitations of traditional assessment methods, which typically consider these areas separately. Integrating both perspectives enables a comprehensive characterization of the company's innovation profile, taking into account the level of technological advancement, environmental performance, and the development potential of the analyzed solutions. The analysis provided both diagnostic conclusions and recommendations supporting the strategic decision-making process regarding the company's technological development. The results identified the company's strengths and areas requiring further improvement. The presented study is in line with the current priorities of the European Union related to industrial transformation, the development of technological innovations, the implementation of eco-innovations and the achievement of climate and environmental goals.
