The paper presents an innovative concept of integral stiffening of thin-walled structures based on the use of curvilinear elements. The analyzed system in the form of a thin-walled spatial structure was subjected to non-linear numerical analysis, aimed at comparing the properties of the proposed solution with those of the reference stiffening. A comparative analysis of deformation forms and ranges as well as effective stress distributions was conducted. The tests constituted a preliminary analysis, aimed at determining the usability of the solution, which is the basis of the research process supported by an appropriate experiment.
